Yoga poses for healthy life

In this article i provide some yoga tips that can improve your physical and mental fitness here i can provide info about yoga, yoga benefits, yoga poses, yoga asanas.
 Instead of spending money in gym practice yoga in home early morning yoga will give strength to both body and soul. It leads to positivity and positive thinking leads to success and reduces the stress in your daily life to get these benefits spend little time in the morning for yoga. In these days the peoples are attracted towards yoga and meditation so the number of visitors for yoga schools are increasing. Along   With the yoga practice meditation  it will helps manage your stress

 Dress code
 For practicing of yoga you have to fallow certain dress code because you have to do some body stretch yogas bends etc which you feel comfortable while doing it. Wear loose cloths and bare foot practice yoga at early morning 6am-7am and practice it in an empty stomach.

Simple top 10 yoga for good health

1. Surya Namaskar (sun solution)

Surya namaskar is the first yoga you have to perform As shown in the figure stand facing the direction of sun and bring the hands together palm to palm at the heart fallow the steps as shown in the figure at last bring left foot together forming an upward arch. It helps to blood circulation in the body.

2. Anjaneyasana (the solution pose)

As shown in picture the asana is same as the god hanuman sitting style very easy to do practice it 5 to 8 minutes it strengthens arms, chest, back bone and improves concentration.

3. Arda chandrasana (half moon pose)

As shown in picture bring the hands together at the chest with palms lightly pressed against each other and repeat it 2 to 3 times it helps to stretches the body.

4. Balasana (child pose)

As shown in the figure it is one of the more relaxing asana sit on your knees with feet together and rest on your heels repeat at least twice.

5. Garuda asana (The eagle pose)

As shown in the figure its the easiest standing asana it will strengthens the legs at first do it for 30 seconds and increase the time gradually repeat it 2 to 4 times.

6. Gomukha asana (the cow face pose)

As shown in the figure it helps to relive neck strain and back ache you can hold it up to 2 to 4 minutes and repeat it 2-3 times.

7. Naga asana (the cobra pose)

As shown in the figure lie on the stomach with head turned to one side of body with palm facing upwards hold for 2-3 times repeat it 2-3 times

8. Siddha asana ( adapt pose)

As shown in the figure it is one of the simple sitting asana it helps to strengthens the legs practice asana as shown in fig hold up to 10 minutes

9. Tada asana ( The mountain pose)

As shown in figure stand with both feet touching from the heel keeping the back straight it improves blood flow, relives lower back discomforts Repeat it 2-3 times

10. Shava asana

As shown in the figure  you can try it at the last and it is the most relaxing asana lie flat on your back with your legs together but not touching practice hold it for 5 minutes repeat it 3-5 times

   Two things we have to consider hair loss and regrowth if you can avoid hair loss increase in hair growth takes place the regrowth of  hair is inversely  proportional with age. Hair loss occurs in any age from 15 to 60 vitamin B and C  deficiency and lack of zinc and iron content causes hair loss if 50 to hundred hairs lose while bathing its normal but more than 150 is abnormal.

Alopia or baldness:  this is the major type of hair loss if you are suffering from alopia uneven hair loss occurs and the only way is you should consult a doctor otherwise it leads to baldness.

Some of the tips to avoid hair fall (home remedies ) 
   
1. Apply castor oil twice in a week this is the best home remedy  the castor oil provides essential proteins to hair growth and it strengthens the root of hair .
2. Avoid daily head bath : daily head bath leads to small amount of hair loss so avoid it. Its better to take head bath twice or thrice in a week 
3. Short hair cut: if you are suffering from hair loss avoid long hair, practice short hair styles and massage short hairs by castor oil.
4. Don't apply shampoo directly to the hair : if you apply directly to the hair the chemicals in the shampoo will damage the hair put some shampoo to the bowl mix with water make it dilute then apply to hair.
5. Verify before using the hair products : don't use hair products blindly (hair creams,hair oils, shampoo etc) check the reviews or verify by doctor.
6. Change the water :  water plays a major role in hair fall if you are using a contaminated water or water contains more chlorine content it leads to heavy hair fall change the water or change the place .
7. Heating coil or geyser :usage of current heater of geyser to heat water also leads to hair fall instead of geyser use solar water heater or heat the water by gas stove.
8. Consult a doctor : consult doctor if your hair fall is too bad and fallow doctor advice 
9. Hair transplantation: if you are rich enough to take hair transplant then don't worry about hair loss  they take money about  1 or 2 lakh if you can't fallow the above steps i written in this article.
10. Coconut oil : use of coconut oil will grows your hair long but not undergoes hair root strengthening so use castor oil with coconut oil.
11. Stress and depression : hair fall depends on both in our daily work tension don't be stressed  be cool.
 12. Lack of sleep:  the healthy human needs 6 to 8 hour sleep per day if u sleep less than 6 hours you should face hair fall.

        If you want to lose weight have some dedication. If you are decided truly then your half of work is done don't miss any steps i have given here so you can achieve your goal of weight loss.

  Important steps for weight loss diet
Practice these habits morning to evening don't skip any steps

1. Start your fresh morning by having a cup of green tea

2. For breakfast avoid junk food, rice items, bread and oil foods because these foods have high sugar content and cholesterol
 Instead of that you can have chapathi or roti or its better to eat fresh vegetables like carrot,beans,cucumber cut into pieces and eat these at the morning

3. If you feel hungry at the middle of your work have a green tea make it as habit.

4. In the lunch time you are free to have rice food items but not too much.

5. In the evening please stop eating junk food like pani puri, pizza, burger,coffee. Leave your junk food habits for some days.

6.instead of chats at evening have vegetables.

7. Make a practice of liquid food items like fruit juices or fruit salad

8. In the night eat only two chapathi's with a cup of milk.
